We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations in a skilled healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with regulations
Lead mentor and support nursing staff in a positive and professional environment
Coordinate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with legal ethical and regulatory nursing standards

Qualifications
Active California RN license
1 year Medicare home health leadership experience
5 years Director of Nursing experience in skilled nursing facilities
Strong leadership and communication skills
Expert knowledge of nursing practices regulations and compliance standards
