We are seeking a Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Physiatrist) physician to serve as Medical Director for an established Facility in Green Bay WI. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead and deliver high-quality rehab care in a collaborative patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights:

Medical Director Role at a thriving facility
Monday Friday schedule (No required weekends or night call)
Patients are seen at least 3 days per week
Approximately 20% administrative duties within scope of medical leadership

Ideal Candidate:

BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Experienced or emerging leader with strong interest in inpatient rehab and program development
Committed to delivering excellent patient care and supporting interdisciplinary team collaboration

Requirements

Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Active medical license in the state where the facility is located.
