Chief of Staff Strategic Growth Initiatives
Location: West CoastBased (San Francisco or Seattle preferred) Reports to: Chief Client & Growth Officer
Role Purpose The Chief of Staff serves as the operating backbone of a high-priority multi-workstream strategic growth initiative. This initiative is a critical component of the organizations global expansion strategy specifically focused on accelerating growth with high-value technology clients (Hyperscalers) through innovation client experience transformation and talent evolution.
This role exists to turn vision into action by ensuring the initiative runs with discipline clarity and momentum. The Chief of Staff will drive a strong operating cadence coordinate across various leaders and provide clear reporting on progress and results.
Core Responsibilities
- Operating Cadence & Governance: Own and run the biweekly operating rhythm for the steering committee and executive sponsors. This includes building agendas preparing decision frameworks capturing actions and driving rigorous follow-through.
- Strategic Storytelling & Internal Communication: Partner with executive leadership to develop high-level presentations and narratives. You will communicate the progress value and impact of the initiative to senior leadership and internal global audiences.
- Strategic Implementation: Actively participate in shaping the execution of the strategy such as refining target account lists defining regional success metrics and identifying potential risks.
- Event Orchestration & Activation: Play a central role in activating the tech ecosystem through the execution of high-profile client moments including executive salons innovation showcases and leadership forums.
- Program Management & Talent Coordination: Maintain a consolidated view of hiring priorities and candidate pipelines to ensure the initiative is appropriately staffed with top-tier talent.

- Collaborative Orchestrator: Skilled at navigating a complex matrixed organization to ensure alignment across different service lines and functional groups.
- Background: 812 years of experience in consulting corporate operations brand strategy or program management.
