Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting with clients.

  • Connect with fresh leads and follow up with existing prospects daily through outbound calls.

  • Guide customers through the process via phone calls video calls or webinars.

  • Consistently achieve daily call targets and complete all assigned tasks within designated timelines.

  • Build strong long-lasting client relationships through clear communication and timely follow-ups.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls interactions and follow-up activities in the system.

  • Take proactive ownership of your work driving results and contributing to overall team success.

What You Bring

  • 05 years of experience in CRM customer support or customer service roles.

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.

  • A proactive attitude strong communication abilities and a passion for customer engagement.

Schedule

  • Working Days:

    • 6-day work week

    • 1st 3rd and 5th Saturdays Off

    • 2nd and 4th Saturdays Working

  • Working Hours:
    9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
