OFFICE SERVICE PRE-SALES

Job Purpose:

Ricoh is looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst to join our Consulting & Implementation this role you will serve as a key bridge between client business requirements and technology solutions built on ECM/DMS platforms.

You will work closely with Sales Consultants Technical Teams and enterprise clients to analyze business processes design automation workflows and support solution implementation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong career foundation in Digital Transformation Workflow Automation and Enterprise Content Management (ECM).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Tech Leads in client meetings to gather requirements regarding document digitization and business workflows.
  
• Process Modeling: Translate business requirements into clear logical process diagrams (Flowcharts/BPMN) and system specification documents (SRS/FRD).
  
• Solution Consulting: Propose automation flows on the ECM/DMS platform based on industry Best Practices (training will be provided).
  
• Implementation Support: Coordinate with the deployment team to ensure the solution is built strictly according to the agreed-upon business requirements.
  
• UAT & Training: Draft user manuals collaborate with the implementation team to build User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and support End-user training.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 13 years of experience as a BA preferably in Software ERP or Digital Transformation projects.
  
• Mindset: Strong logical thinking regarding systems and processes (System & Process mindset).
  
• Tools: Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio Lucidchart Bizagi etc.).
  
• Language: Good English reading and comprehension skills for technical documentation (Good verbal communication is a significant advantage).
  
• Plus Points: Basic understanding of ECM DMS No-Code Platforms or corporate operational processes (Accounting Procurement HR etc.). Having knowledge of project management is a plus.
