About the Role:
Looking for a legal professional with strong drafting skills and hands-on litigation experience to handle litigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting vetting and review of pharma distribution and all commercial agreements NDAs Leave and License Lease Agreements Master Service Agreements IT Agreements etc.
- Drafting and review reply to legal notices petitions affidavits and litigation documents.
- Coordinate with external lawyers and attend court/tribunal hearings as required.
- Maintain documentation track case timelines and ensure legal compliance.
- Maintain MIS for Trade Marks Registrations Licenses Litigations Agreements
- Legal support to business on legal issues
- Assistance in compliance with corporate laws
Academic Qualifications:
- LL.B. from a reputed University
Experience:
- 7-12 years experience ( in-house / law firm)
Skills:
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
