The Role
As a Wildfire Crew Supervisor your responsibilities will shift throughout the the spring you will focus on preparing for new staff and overseeing their training. During fire season your role is to ensure the team is well-supported and performing effectively in wildfire the fall and winter you will help with hiring and ramping up for the next season.
