Job Summary
Stewarding Supervisor
As the Stewarding Supervisor you will be an integral member of the team inspecting all flatware tableware and kitchen equipment and ensuring a superior standard of work.
This is a full-time permanent role starting March 11 2026.
Starting Rate of Pay: $25.25 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $29.00
Job Duties Include:
- Lead and supervise the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed
- Supervise and maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other areas assigned
- Responsible for the training of new colleagues
- Ensure the kitchen colleagues have the dishes silverware and equipment required
- Review banquet event orders and ensure all set-ups and supplies are in place
- Ensure all breakages and chipped items are taken out of circulation and inventoried
- Ensure all equipment is in working order and report any items in need of repair
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a Stewarding and Kitchen department preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
