Business Development Specialist
Job Description
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying new business opportunities generating leads and building strong client relationships to support company growth. This role requires a proactive goal-oriented professional who can manage outbound sales activities nurture prospects and collaborate with internal teams to execute effective sales strategies. The specialist will help expand the companys market presence by presenting solutions that align with client needs and driving successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling emailing prospecting and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
Identify new business opportunities through market research networking and lead-generation tools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects clients and key decision-makers.
Present and promote company services or products through demos proposals and consultative discussions.
Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads sales activities and pipeline progress.
Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to develop strategies for improving conversion rates.
Support contract negotiations onboarding processes and client handovers to ensure smooth transitions.
Prepare reports and performance updates for management highlighting achievements and opportunities.
Represent the company in online/onsite meetings events and networking activities as needed.

Qualifications
At least 1 year of Business Development Outbound Sales or Lead Generation experience (BPO or SaaS experience is a plus).
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Zoho Salesforce) is an advantage.
Highly organized target-driven and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
Comfortable conducting outbound sales and handling rejection professionally.
