A well established hospital located near Tucson Arizona is seeking full-time permanent Nuclear Medicine Technologists to join their team!
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Description:
- Full-time direct hire opportunity
- Mon-Fri schedule day shift
- On call may be required
- Great radiology leadership and administration team!
- Sign on bonus offered!
- Performs nuclear medicine procedures inclusive of organ imaging and function studies; assists physician in therapeutic use of radioisotopes. Administers isotope dosage accurately following established department procedures; accurately records dosage administered; observes patient during procedure and reports any unusual occurrences to appropriate personnel.
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- One (1) year Nuclear Medicine experience preferred but not required
- Arizona Medical Radiologic Technologist certification (MRT) AND National Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-N)
