DescriptionPositively educate and counsel with mission stake and district presidents as to the current physical facilities policy and decisions. Participate in developing long-term strategies and master plans to address Area specific needs.
ResponsibilitiesIn cooperation with the Area Physical Facilities Manager and other members of the Area physical facilities team:
Develope master planns annual plans budgets and schedules.
Create and analyze future physical facilities needs in the Area based on Qualification Guidelines and DTA Boundaries.
Manage current and proposed projects and real estate transactions. Oversees the accuracy of PF Maps performance reports and other related data and systems.
Lead stake meetings with ecclesiastical leaders to develop and validate planning decisions and communicate planning decisions and sensitive information to obtain support concurrence and cooperation.
Lead team of area managers to develop and validate planning decisions and review performance according to quality cost and timeliness.
Summarize and analyze forecasting of future Physical Facilities needs in conjunction with the Area Annual Plan.
Completes other duties as assigned.
QualificationsS. degree in business finance or related degree plus six years experience in planning facilities management finance or related field. Exposure in various business disciplines and capability of performing detailed technical analysis is necessary. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal ability to negotiate effectively and excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills. Required Experience:
