您将致力于为罗氏制药与国内商业保险公司建立全面的合作关系并落地健康险目录健康险产品内容开发商业保险增值服务等多维度的合作内容搭建起罗氏制药在商业保险合作领域完整的生态圈包括但不限于各类商业保险TPA各种体制医院及药品流通企业等
您的机会
- 与国内头部保司行业协会保险TPA医院及药店等终端保险服务场景建立良好的合作关系
- 根据罗氏产品特点协调内外部资源围绕专病险复发险门诊险惠民险等不同社商及纯商险模式设计产品嵌入保险责任或以增值服务方式体现达成工作目标
- 根据要求组织筹办相关学术会议
- 协助直线经理完成公司及团队的核心业务指标
期待您
- 具备本科及以上学历医学公卫经济学等相关专业优先
- 拥有同业同职能部门3年以上工作经验或再保公司直保公司保险TPA产品及两核相关岗位3年以上工作经验
- 熟悉药品流通行业情况尤其实体零售及医药电商零售的终端场景对各类商业逻辑及业务形态有深刻了解
- 熟悉医疗医保体系的基本政策包括分级诊疗医保支付制度改革等对公立医疗体系民营医疗体系的内涵及现状有深刻理解
- 具备良好的商务沟通能力及一定的行业资源
- 良好的内驱力及学习能力
- 适应中等及以上频度的差旅出差频率25%-50%
