When you join us as an engineering new graduate youll dive into real projects that impact the future of our products. Youll work side-by-side with experienced teams contribute meaningful code and see how a global tech company builds and scales innovation.

This opportunity is based in Bucharest Romania with a hybrid schedule (23 days/week onsite). The contract start date is 1st of January 2026.

What are we looking for

Curiosity and drive: youre eager to learn explore new ideas and contribute to a global market-leading company.

Recent graduate eligible: candidates who have graduated within 6 months before or after January 1st. This includes individuals who have recently completed or are about to complete a Bachelors Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field

Passionate about programming with a good understanding of concepts such as Data Structures OOP Operating Systems Problem Solving.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; can effectively articulate complex ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanations.

Team collaboration: You enjoy working with others to deliver thoughtful end-to-end solutions.

Big picture thinking: You can connect the dots between day-to-day tasks and broader organisational goals.

What to expect from the recruitment process

Our selection process typically consists of 2 stages as follows:

90-minute Technical Interview with the team.

45-minute Soft-Skills Interview with the Hiring Manager.
