Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n Power Automate Alteryx or Azure Foundry.
Assist in developing agentic AI workflows that leverage LLMs for data interpretation decision support and intelligent routing.
Integrate internal and external applications through APIs webhooks and event-based triggers.
Partner with business users to map processes gather requirements and translate needs into scalable automation solutions.
Troubleshoot workflow issues and support enhancements optimizations and integrations.
Document automation logic system configurations and support procedures.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation or AI-driven improvements.
Required:
At least 3 years of experience building automations using low/no-code platforms (n8n Power Automate Alteryx Workato) or RPA tools (UI Path Automation Anywhere).
Understanding of API integrations JSON data handling and common authentication patterns.
Interest in emerging AI/agentic automation tools and willingness to learn.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript Python or PowerShell).
Exposure to LLM orchestration tools (LangChain) or AI automation platforms (Azure Foundry).
