Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll report toOana Brasovean(Country Team Lead Cluj-Napoca) and work alongside passionate dedicated hard-working and fun teammates.

Youll manage the Alstoms portfolio of external suppliers for ensuring goods delivery at right time to ensure production continuity. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (procurement logistics and project teams) anticipating and managing risks by ensuring the accuracy of stock in compliance with stock and logistic constraints and much more.

Youll specifically take care of expressing delivery needs to suppliers but also monitor Suppliers performances KPIs while putting in place corrective actions.

Well look to you for:

• Keep in touch with our vendors to ensure availability of product to satisfy production requirements;
• Monitor supplier deliveries and ensure availability of product to satisfy production requirement;
• Responsible for reporting store inventory deviation;
• Create of Purchase Orders and Schedule Agreements;
• Align with the suppliers on the orders for ensuring best price and needed delivery term;
• Price/Contract alignments with Commodity Management/Suppliers

• You are a fresh graduate of Bachelors/Masters studies
• You are proficient in English&Italian;
• You have good communication and analytical skills;

• You have Analytical Problem solving and process oriented.
