Why Your Role Matters:
The People Insights Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing the Universitys People & Culture reporting and analytics capability. This role shapes the future of workforce insights by transforming and elevating how data is used to solve complex business problems and support strategic decision-making.
You will lead the development of innovative reporting and analytics solutions cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders and translate business needs into meaningful actionable insights. By fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment you will guide the People Insights function in its evolution toward a strategic workforce analytics capability.
The role reports to the Head of People Data & Insights and manages a team that may include Data Analysts Data Engineers and Business Analysts.
