We are inviting applications for the role of Principle Consultant/Senior Principal Consultant Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders data architects and technical teams to understand data integration requirements.
Analyze data from source systems (e.g. core banking CRM digital platforms) related to deposit and loan products.
Develop source-to-target (S2T) mappings ensuring accurate data transformation for ingestion into reporting analytics or downstream systems.
Translate business rules into technical mapping logic and documentation.
Validate mapped data through profiling and data quality checks.
Participate in data migration system integration and regulatory reporting initiatives.
Support test planning data validation and defect resolution throughout the SDLC.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data requirements and deliverables.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs) data dictionaries and process flows.

Skillset
Experience as a Business Analyst in the retail banking domain.
Strong understanding of deposit products (checking savings CDs) and loan products (personal loans mortgages auto loans).
Proven experience creating source-to-target mappings for data migration data warehousing or reporting.
Ability to read and analyze complex data models database structures and ETL workflows
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
