Job Summary

Mission: The Project Business Developer is responsible for driving business growth through the identification specification development and management of building projects for both residential and non-residential segments. This role combines technical expertise with strong business development skills to expand market presence and revenue.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and expand all segments projects portfolio through direct contacts with related project actors specifiers & vendors in Bulgaria.
Specify quote & facilitate all projects in Residential & Non-Residential segments
Project on-site visit (if & where necessary) to secure proper application of specified solutions during realization phase
Interview SY partners (integrators distributors) to identify available projects in progress & other opportunities and also identify project-oriented customers to take suggestions
Arrange & realize trainings for all related to own activity partners in Bulgaria

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field). Masters degree in BA or Marketing will be considered as a plus.
3-5 years of proven experience in business development project management sales engineer or a similar role will be considered as an asset.
Excellent communication strong negotiation and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
Fluency in English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
