Job Summary

Your contribution to something big:

  • Drive the development of global category strategies and define sub-category roadmaps according to Bosch internal and external requirements.
  • Lead supplier management initiatives including supplier development consolidation decisions and long-term collaboration strategies.
  • Conduct cost analysis benchmark activities and annual negotiations to achieve sustainable cost improvements.
  • Perform market scouting risk evaluations and competitive analysis to ensure supply continuity and transparency.
  • Manage contract agreements capacity planning and supply chain risk mitigation measures in cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

1. Education

  • Masters degree preferred; engineering business or related fields advantageous.

2. Experience

  • 25 years of experience in commercial purchasing procurement supply chain management or strategic sourcing in a global environment.

3. Know-how

  • Strong understanding of category management supplier strategy development and cost management methodologies.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and convert insights into strategies.

4. Languages

  • Fluent English required.
  • German is an advantage but not mandatory.

5. Working Style & Methods

  • Comfortable prioritizing tasks managing complexity and navigating stakeholder relationships worldwide.
  • Proactive mindset with a structured solution-oriented approach.

6. Personality

  • Collaborative team player with flexibility resilience and strong communication skills.
  • Motivated to continuously develop and contribute to an inclusive and innovative work environment.
