Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: 1500 gross / month (14 months)

Attandance bonus: 300 / month (11 months)

Welcome Bonus : 3000
Key Responsibilities
-
End-to-end ownership of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
-
Ensure accuracy in Accounts Receivable billing collections and dispute management
-
Maintain financial controls and compliance standards
-
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
-
Support process improvements and operational efficiency
-
Mentor and guide team members supporting performance and development
Requirements
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration
-
57 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations
-
Including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
-

Strong knowledge of O2C processes financial controls and compliance frameworks
-
Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle NetSuite Workday)

Exposure to global environments and multi-currency operations
-
Excellent analytical problem-solving and reporting skills
-
Advanced Excel skills
-
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
-
German (market language): fluent
-
English: Advanced (C1 level)
