We are currently looking for an AI Engineerwho is passionate about applying Generative AI technologies to solve real-world this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design prototype and deploy production-ready AI solutions that enhance business outcomes and accelerate innovation.
Whether you already have hands-on experience with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) or have worked on projects that demonstrate your ability to quickly adapt and learn in this field wed love to hear from you.

In this context this role will include:

Design develop and deliver innovative solutions powered by Generative AI with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).

Build and maintain scalable efficient and reliable AI systems including data pipelines APIs and integrations with external tools and platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering product and operations to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

AI technologies to drive innovation and improve existing systems.

Drive continuous improvement in development processes to enhance scalability security and performance.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies and share insights to inspire innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Summary of expected projects and contribution from our future AI engineers:

Development of RAG solutions and AI agents: Make large data sources accessible to users so they can leverage vast textual corpora through GenAI enabling them to generate reports or interact intelligently with information.
Industrialization and centralization of AI tools: Contribute to the creation of an enterprise AI platform that will serve as the foundation for multiple business use cases integrating cutting-edge technologies (AI agents RAG MCP factory etc.).
Direct collaboration and skill development: Work hand-in-hand with engineers from other technology stacks to integrate AI solutions and evolve our current technological landscape within an agile and multidisciplinary team. Take part in technology choices and the architecture of the AI platform with real influence on strategic directions.

Requirements

Our ideal candidates should have:

Strong technical expertise and deep understanding of software engineering best practices with a particular emphasis on Python. Highly proficient in designing and developing scalable backend API solutions.
Track record of hands-on AI and GenAI solution development and delivery with a strong understanding of industry-standard frameworks and libraries.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

And also:

Fluency in English both written and verbal. French is a plus.
