Barista

We are looking for an enthusiastic customer-focused Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee hospitality and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Youll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and light food items maintaining a clean and organized workspace and delivering outstanding service to ensure an exceptional customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly personalized service. 
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso drinks teas and specialty drinks. 
• Food preparation
• Catering delivery and setup
• Dishwashing
• Accurately handle cash card and mobile payments using the point-of-sale system. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar equipment and seating areas. 
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. 
• Monitor inventory and restock items as needed. 
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a positive team-oriented atmosphere. 
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our menu products and promotions. 
• Assist in opening and closing duties as required. 

Qualifications :

• Previous barista or café experience preferred but not required (training will be provided). 
• Passion for coffee and customer service. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays. 
• Must be reliable punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
