Job Summary
Prepare and assemble fresh meals sandwiches baked goods and other menu items to Good Earth standards
Follow recipes portioning and food presentation guidelines with attention to quality and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen prep area and dish station
Label date and store food items appropriately to ensure food safety compliance
Support the team by communicating clearly and working efficiently during busy periods
Follow opening closing and daily prep procedures
Monitor inventory levels and inform management of supply needs
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a kitchen café or quick-service restaurant is an asset
Comfortable with prep work food handling and operating kitchen equipment
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency under pressure
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (Food Safety Training is an Asset)
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
