Pay: |
HK$85472 to HK$140903 (HMPS Point 7 to 19) per month including Monthly Allowance |
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |

Key Responsibilities: |
1. | Oversee and manage one or several areas of IT functions including operation & support innovation& system development infrastructure & hospital redevelopment quality & risk management digital transformation and smart hospital projects. |
2. | Analyse user requirements evaluate options recommend solutions and manage the implementation of new system and facilities. Ensure operational efficiency and maintenance. |
. | Responsible for planning implementation scheduling maintenance status reporting project budgets and human resources management. |
4. | Analyse short and long term business requirements for IT infrastructure and recommend innovations which anticipate the future impact of changing business requirements. |
5. | Ensure economic and efficient availability of data within adequate safeguards for both security and integrity. |
6. | Lead and manage teams relevant to areas of responsibility delegate work and motivate staff. |
7. | Be responsible for computer resources management in areas of responsibility. |
8. | Recommend IT infrastructure in areas of responsibility. |
9. | Assist in strategic planning and recommend approach in technology direction. |

Entry Requirements: |
1. | Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines; or equivalent. |
2. | Over 10 years post qualification Information Technology (IT) related experience.*
*Relevant experience gained in HA may be considered as equivalent to post-qualification experience |
|
Preferable Attributes / Exposure: |
1. | Substantial experience in Cluster IT service operation and system development. |
2. | Strong leadership with good strategic and operational management capability. |
3. | Analytical innovative and can work under pressure. |
