As the Digital Marketing Manager of Colliers Hong Kong you are responsible for developing digital marketing strategies and implementing digital marketing campaigns to support the overarching marketing plan for Hong Kong. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications and the Content & Public Relations lead this role will strategize and deliver on multi-channel marketing campaigns for Colliers Hong Kong.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Develop execute and optimize digital marketing strategies and content development.
- Lead the development of engaging multiformat content including videos social posts website and various digital assets.
- Collaborate with functional teams across internal departments to drive project delivery manage timelines and ensure consistent execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across touchpoints contributing to monthly reporting and insights generation to inform future strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve strategies and adoptions of potential new platforms for growth.
- Work closely with APAC and local internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Qualifications :
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Business Marketing Journalism or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in driving integrated digital marketing campaigns with proven growth results.
- Experience in Hootsuite LinkedIn WeChat Marketing Cloud (Salesforce) Canva Sitecore and Red Note (Xiaohongshu) will have an added advantage.
- Foundational graphic design skills to enhance content creation and engagement.
- Strong command of written and verbal communication in English and Chinese including both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in using site analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) keyword research and other web analytics resources will have an added advantage.
- Digitally savvy and passionate about new innovations trends and channels of communication and digital platforms.
