Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

Support product launch and revamp projects to deliver high-quality materials on schedule
Work with cross-functional teams to develop client-centric marketing materials (Brochures promotional leaflet website content etc.)
Craft clear value propositions and translate technical features into customer benefits
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral
Supervise external agencies to produce professional user-focused content
Support implementation of product campaign including market research internal approvals promotion leaflet and channel communications
Control departmental budget and manage vendor payments

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree holder
At least 7 years relevant life insurance experience in product marketing & campaign
Possess in-depth understanding of the insurance products clients needs sales process and industry development in HK.
Strong client focus with the ability to translate complex product features into accessible language; exceptional writing skills are essential
Work independently detail-oriented proactive and good interpersonal skill
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese English and Mandarin
