Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Location: Rochester NY 14626
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights 3x12s (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)

Position Overview
A dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse is needed to support a high-acuity fast-paced ED serving mixed adult and pediatric populations. This role requires strong clinical judgment the ability to manage multiple priorities and experience handling emergent and complex patient conditions.
Schedule Details
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM 312 hours
Weekends: Every other weekend required
Block Scheduling: May be accommodated but not guaranteed
Floating: Required when census warrants
RTO: Minimal RTO preferred
Required Experience & Skills
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience
Clinical Skills Needed:
Adult & Pediatric Emergency Care
Dysrhythmia Interpretation & Management
Multisystem Organ Dysfunction/Failure
Blood Product Administration
Central Line Care/Management
Phlebotomy & IV Starts
Continuous IV Paralytics & Sedation
Emergency Medications
IV Vasopressors
Procedural Sedation
Stroke (CVA) Management
Isolation Precautions
Charting: Epic (Preferred)
Required Certifications
BLS (AHA)
ACLS
PALS
NIHSS
Other Details
Patient Ratios: 1:5 mixed/shared acuity
Scrub Colors: Any combination of navy and white
Pending License: Not accepted
