This position is ideal for a provider seeking a consistent weekday schedule. We are currently looking for coverage for one to two weekdays per week based on availability. We offer a supportive collaborative environment while maintaining high clinical standards and patient-centered care.

Schedule Expectations

• Required: Availability for one to two weekdays per week

Clinical Responsibilities

• Obtain and review patient medical and psychosocial history relevant to care

• Conduct physical examinations according to Medi-Weightloss guidelines

• Order and review laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures including ECGs

• Provide preventive medicine counseling program counseling and product and supplement education

• Prescribe medications in accordance with collaborative practice agreements

• Document patient care and medication management accurately in the EMR

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate

• Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals or facilities when needed

• Conduct follow-up calls to review progress and address patient concerns

General Responsibilities

• Review Weight Tracker Reports Slipping Reports and assigned KPIs to support clinical oversight

• Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain high standards of patient care

• Participate in ongoing training and clinical education initiatives

• Support clinic operations through quality improvement and patient experience initiatives

• Assist with implementation of new programs services and clinical offerings as needed

License and Certification Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

• Active Tennessee license or ability to obtain

• DEA certification preferred
