Job Summary

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing performance marketing or growth marketing.
  • Prior experience in PropTech real estate tech marketplace platforms or SaaS is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in paid channels (Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads) SEO/SEM and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience using analytics tools such as GA4 Hotjar Mixpanel or Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of digital funnels attribution models CAC CPL and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience managing budgets forecasting and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Excellent communication storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams coordinate with agencies and work cross-functionally.
  • A test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move fast and iterate based on data.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy tailored to PropTech audiences (buyers renters agents developers).
  • Drive lead generation customer acquisition and product adoption through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Plan launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Meta LinkedIn and programmatic platforms.
  • Lead SEO initiatives (technical on-page off-page) to grow organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Oversee website performance landing page optimization and end-to-end digital funnels.
  • Build and execute content strategies across blog email social media and video channels.
  • Strengthen brand presence on LinkedIn Instagram YouTube and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets forecast spend and ensure strong ROI and efficient CPL.
  • Conduct A/B testing track KPIs and use analytics tools (GA4 Search Console CRM dashboards) to improve performance.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights learnings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales product and operations for aligned digital initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a small digital team and manage external agencies when required.
