Job Profile
- Social media trend forecasting and developing social media strategies
- Crafting & executing the social media content strategy across all digital platforms
- Create and update content calendars on a regular basis
- Listen and respond to customer inquiries
- Plan and manage all paid advertising campaigns across all digital channels
- Sharing relevant performance reports to support decision making
- Manage and optimize the social media presence across all platforms including content creation scheduling and engagement
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engage with the target audience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing Digital Marketing or a related field
- Sound knowledge in digital marketing strategy
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager Google Ads TikTok Ads and LinkedIn platforms
- Excellent Sinhala and English Content Writing Skills
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Proven experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns
- Experience in creating engaging and visually appealing reels
