Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for account payable daily operations including but not limited to invoice and document verification data entry prepare payable vouchers.
- Ensure all invoices are properly supported with approval from relevant department heads and settled on time.
- Ensure all accounts payables related procedures follow accounting and company policies.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external parties on invoice and payment issues.
- Handle staff reimbursements applications and make sure applications are comply with company policy.
- Support ad hoc assignments as requested.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting Finance or related business disciplines
- Minimum of 1 year work experiences in Accounting/Finance accounts payable is preferred.
- Familiar with MS Office applications including Excel Word
- Knowledge in accounting software and Experience in Oracle NetSuite will be an advantage but not a must.
- Student or Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Able to work for 2 to 3 days between Monday to Wednesday is an advantage.

- Good spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin.
- Independent hardworking and responsible.
- Willing to learn attention to details and high accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
