Qualifications
- Support transformation projects including data automation and process optimization utilizing Alteryx for workflow development and reporting.
- Apply a basic understanding of insurance business products and operational workflows to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for business process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline financial reporting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT Underwriting Claims) to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline.
- 4-5 years of working experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience with Alteryx is required.
- Prior exposure to the insurance industry and its operations is preferred.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
