Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Processing tickets for pricing discrepancies within strict SLAs
- Liaising with Sales Representatives and in-country team
- Understanding & execution of the processes applicable within the UKI markets
- Looking at ways to improve processes to reduce future problems
- Other ad-hoc tasks dependent on the country you are supporting
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- English level at least B2
- Ability to learn new applications/software systems
- Communication skills and teamwork
- Scrupulous with analytical skills able to learn fast
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under time pressure with multitasking duties
- Adaptability to change
It is considered an advantage to have work experience in a Financial Shared Services environment in Credit Collection or in a field related to Process Maintenance. Additionally knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software is viewed as a plus.
