Develop and drive strategic pricing initiatives across EMEA and strengthen sustainable growth in a dynamic international environment.
Your Tasks
Design and implement a transparent pricing system based on list prices and a clear discount structure
Develop performance-based bonus models and ensure transparency
Position products strategically within the portfolio and against competitors
Support new product launches with competitive and clear pricing strategies
Monitor and analyse price developments by country segment and product group
Define KPIs and build a reporting dashboard to track pricing performance
Lead pricing structure mapping in SAP S/4HANA during ERP transition and align with key stakeholders
Your Profile
Proven expertise in developing and implementing pricing models and strategies
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Deep understanding of B2B distribution models and market dynamics
Familiarity with value-based pricing methodologies and governance frameworks
Experience with ERP systems (SAP) pricing tools and automation technologies
Skilled in project management across multiple countries and stakeholders
Excellent communication and influencing skills to align cross-functional teams
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
