Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsibility:
Manage and execute day-to-day Customer and Supplier Master Data Management activities creation maintenance and data enrichment
Manage day-to-day Material Master Data activities
Manage direct general data confirmation process with suppliers (e-mails calls)
Ensure business requirements are adequately covered (SLA KPI)
Resolve incoming requests related to Customer Supplier and Material Master Data in timely manner
Collaborate with Global Process Organization Local Businesses as well as other departments within Centre of Excellence
Actively participate in Business Transformation Project S4Hana implementation ( validation of data upload files data cleansing etc.) participate in the system test etc.
Provide quality checks
Make regular updates of process documentation in case of changes
Take part in performance measurement exercises
Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives
Respond to supervisors questions and tasks in a timely manner
Your Skills and Expertise:
Experience in a similar position (Customer Supplier or Material)
Strong communication skills in English
Knowledge of SAP master data (Customer Supplier Material)
Knowledge of Salesforce Service Now - nice to have
Ability to initiate new solutions and build positive relationships with the stakeholders
Excel knowledge at intermediate level (VLOOKUP pivot tables etc.)
