Locum Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Opportunity in Mount Clemens MI

Join a dedicated team at a well-established healthcare facility located in Mount Clemens Michigan seeking a Locum Cardiothoracic Surgery physician. This position is vital to the ongoing success of our cardiovascular and trauma services. Coverage is needed from November 24 to February 27 providing an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care within a fully staffed clinic equipped with comprehensive capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide onsite coverage Monday through Friday with potential weekend needs from 7 AM to 4 PM.
Perform cardiovascular and trauma surgical procedures including aneurysm repairs and bypass surgeries.
Handle up to 5 patients per day ensuring quality service and patient satisfaction.
Be available for call coverage from the end of clinic hours until the following morning.
Utilize full Cath lab capabilities and collaborate with RNFA and APP personnel.

Qualifications:

Must have an active Michigan medical license.
Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery is required.
No malpractice history and a clean background check are mandatory.
Local candidates from Michigan are highly preferred.
Internal credentialing with the agency must be complete.
