This on-site contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality neurological care while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
As a Locum MD in Neurology you will be at the forefront of diagnosing and treating neurological disorders making a significant impact on patients lives. This role requires collaboration with other specialists and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and the best outcomes for our patients
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and neurological examinations
- Diagnose and treat a variety of neurological conditions
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay updated on advancements in neurology and related fields
- Provide patient education and support regarding neurological health
- Participate in case reviews and clinical discussions
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution
- Completion of residency in Neurology
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Ohio
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of neurological disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
Schedule: 7a-7p 7 on/7 off
Setting: Inpatient
Low daily patient volume
Patient Population: Adults; no pediatrics
Support Staff: 2 MDs 1 APP
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Paid travel & expenses
