Description
This is a contract position requiring an on-site presence offering a unique opportunity to provide high-quality healthcare to a diverse patient population.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical services diagnosing and treating various health conditions and promoting preventive care. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing patient outcomes and contributing to the overall success of our medical practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Provide preventive care and health education
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in family medicine
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Current medical license to practice in the state
- Experience in Family Medicine preferred
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour day shifts
Patient Volume: 15-20 per day
Patient Population: Teens and older
Support staff available
Board certification required
Paid travel & expenses
