Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner / RPO based in Valencia (Spain)

To support a fast-growing bank expanding across the European market.

Profile:

36 years of experience in recruitment.

Comfortable managing the full recruitment cycle.

Used to working in international environments.

Able to handle multiple roles in parallel.

Native Spanish speaker with a good level of English.

Based in Valencia hybrid setup.

Scope:

Corporate and banking roles (head office functions middle office support etc.).

Daily partnership with hiring managers.

Continuous improvement and structuring of the recruitment process.

Coordination and follow-up of candidates through to onboarding.

Assignment details:

Full-time RPO mission.

Start date: ASAP.
