Job Summary

Position: Deputy Manager Training & Development
Location: Banswara Rajasthan
Experience Required: 8 10 years (preferably in textile or manufacturing industry)

Role Overview:

The Deputy Manager (Training & Development) will play a key role in building organizational capability by coordinating training programs driving employee engagement initiatives and implementing Kaizen (continuous improvement) practices. The role requires a proactive professional who can design impactful learning interventions foster a culture of collaboration and enhance workforce productivity across staff and labour employees.

Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate Trainings: Plan organize and deliver training programs for staff and labour workforce ensuring skill development and compliance.
Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture motivation and retention through effective engagement activities.
Kaizen Implementation: Promote and train employees on Kaizen (continuous improvement) practices to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Talent Development: Support succession planning leadership development and career growth initiatives.
Performance Measurement: Track training effectiveness employee participation and improvement outcomes reporting regularly to management.
