Role Drive international lead generation and business development. Identify prospects run outbound outreaqualify leads and set up meetings to build the overseas sales pipeline (UK and other global markets).
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify international leads using LinkedIn email outreach cold calling and online research
Book meetings/demos and support the sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups
Maintain accurate lead activity and pipeline updates in CRM
Work with internal teams for handovers proposals and next steps
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for leads and meetings
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
2-5 years of experience in international sales or international marketing (B2B) is mandatory
Strong English communication (written and spoken)
Hands-on experience in lead generation and outbound prospecting
Comfortable working in UK shift and a target-driven environment
Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho HubSpot Salesforce or similar)
Preferred
Exposure to IT services SaaS staffing or digital services sales
Experience working with UK or Europe clients
