Job Title: Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Minneapolis MN (Onsite)
Duration: 3-6 Months Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle delivery of Salesforce projects ensuring on-time high-quality execution.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions and architectural designs.
- Oversee Salesforce development configuration integration and deployment activities.
- Partner closely with Product Owners Business Analysts Developers QA and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage sprint planning backlog prioritization and Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices security standards and governance frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Collaborate with enterprise teams for integrations including APIs middleware and third-party systems.
- Monitor project risks dependencies and issues; provide mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status timelines and technical decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of IT experience with 5 years delivering Salesforce-based solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and platform capabilities.
- Experience managing Salesforce development teams including offshore/onshore coordination.
- Deep understanding of Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows Integration patterns REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proven experience with Agile delivery CI/CD pipelines DevOps and release management for Salesforce.
- Strong experience with complex system integrations and middleware (MuleSoft Informatica etc.).
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
