Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Business Analyst to serve as the critical link between marketing stakeholders and technical execution teams.
- This senior role requires deep domain expertise in documenting and detailing complex business requirements for our integrated marketing technology stack which specifically includes Vidyard Adobe Workfront iCapture and Everyone Social. The ideal candidate will leverage 15-17 years of experience to drive alignment efficiency and ROI across our marketing operations by ensuring functional solutions precisely match strategic business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Elicitation and Documentation (15 years in Requirements Elicitation): Lead advanced requirements gathering sessions (workshops interviews document analysis) with C-level stakeholders marketing teams and IT professionals. Produce comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) User Stories and process maps (Swimlane diagrams).
- Solution Scoping and Analysis (10 years in Solution Scoping/Analysis): Perform in-depth analysis of existing marketing processes and technologies. Define project scope and translate high-level business objectives into detailed actionable technical requirements for integrating and optimizing the specific tools (Vidyard Workfront iCapture EveryoneSocial).
- Platform Specific Expertise (8 years hands-on MarTech BA experience):
- Detail requirements for Vidyard integrations (e.g. specific data points to pass to CRM upon video view completion).
- Define complex workflows and custom configurations within Adobe Workfront for project and resource management.
- Specify data capture logic and integration points for iCapture event leads.
- Outline user journeys and advocacy metrics for EveryoneSocial.
- Process Modeling and Improvement (10 years in Process Optimization): Analyze current state (As-Is) processes and design future state (To-Be) optimized workflows identifying gaps and opportunities for automation and efficiency within the integrated stack.
- Stakeholder Alignment and Management (12 years in Stakeholder Management): Manage expectations across diverse stakeholder groups ensuring consensus on deliverables timelines and scope changes. Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- QA and UAT Support (8 years in QA/UAT Strategy): Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and test cases. Support QA teams during testing phases to ensure deployed solutions meet the specified business requirements perfectly.
- Data Analysis & Governance (10 years in Data Governance/Analysis): Define data requirements and governance rules for data moving between these four platforms and core CRM/MAP systems ensuring data integrity and compliance with US privacy regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analysis Marketing Information Systems or related field.
- Experience: 15 17 years of experience as a Business Analyst Systems Analyst or Solution Architect with significant tenure in the MarTech domain within US organizations.
Technical Proficiency (Required Tools):
- Adobe Workfront: 6 years extensive experience detailing requirements for enterprise implementations
- Vidyard iCapture EveryoneSocial: 4 years proven BA experience with these specific tools in an integrated environment
- Integration Technologies: 8 years familiarity with APIs webhooks and translating requirements to technical implementation
- Requirements Management Tools: 10 years proficiency with diagramming and requirements management tools (Jira Confluence Visio Lucidchart)
- Extensive experience detailing requirements for enterprise Adobe Workfront implementations.
- Proven BA experience with Vidyard iCapture and EveryoneSocial.
