Were looking for across-skilled Business & Data Analystto join our growing team. This isnota Data Scientist role its an on-site position suited to someone who enjoys bothbusiness analysisanddata analytics/BI development and who can translate business needs into real workable solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

Business Analysis

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements run workshops and document Business Requirement Specifications

• Translate needs into practical feasible solutions including software and non-software options

• Prepare solution design documents and participate in User Acceptance Testing

• Project manage solution delivery from engagement through to post-implementation support

Data & BI Analysis

• Collect clean and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity

• Conduct analysis usingSQL Excel and other analytical tools to uncover insights that drive decision-making

• Build maintain and enhancePower BI dashboards(preferred BI tool)

• Produce clear compelling visualisations reports and summaries for business stakeholders

• Identify data quality issues troubleshoot system or data challenges and maintain high data standards.

• Actively look for opportunities where technology and data can streamline processes and improve ROI

• Bring fresh ideas to the table and contribute to continuous improvement across the business

Must have Matric/Grade 12 with 3 years experience as a Business & Data Analyst abachelors degreeinData Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Scienceor similar Business Analysis certification or diploma. Strong SQL proficiency and proven experience withPower BI isessential. Experience in BI environments and best practices. SSIS/SSRS experience (advantageous).
