Job Summary

Objectives of the Role

Project Planning: Define project scope goals deliverables timelines and resources. Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources including personnel equipment and budget to ensure project requirements are met
Risk Management: Identify potential risks develop mitigation strategies and monitor issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress changes and outcomes.
Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet the required standards specifications and client expectations.
Manage key relationships and handle day to day queries from senior client personnel.
Identify improvement areas and other efficiencies that can be implemented to supply the client with an optimal streamlined certification process.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage projects: initiation planning execution monitoring and closure.
Use resource tracking tools to monitor and react to times tasks and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring all requirements are met.
Generate project status reports and conduct regular progress meetings.

Experience:

4 years project management(Preferably in an audit environment)
Proficiency project management tools.
Demonstratable portfolio of projects managed
iGaming Casino or Sports betting experience highly advantageous.
Degree or Diploma or equivalent.(Any discipline)
Post graduate diploma(Business Administration Project Management or Leadership)
