Job Summary
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification) plus an accredited secretarial diploma and/or administrative qualification on the level of NQF level 5 or relevant higher tertiary qualification; A minimum of 3 years experience in rendering a support service to management/ senior management.
Competencies
Knowledge of the following: Relevant legislation/ policies/ prescripts and procedures; Basic financial administration; Ability to run and maintain a record management system; Procurement of goods and services; Ability to properly record minutes and decisions at meetings; Advanced knowledge of relevant software packages. Skills in the following: Computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word Excel PowerPoint); Report writing; Organising and planning; Time management; Recording of minutes; Communication skills (written and verbally); Research; Analytical skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
