Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement plans providing follow-up assessments where necessary.
Lead training coaching and quality-awareness activities to elevate compliance and quality culture across the service network.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports quality dashboards and management reviews.
Contribute to the development and refinement of VinFast quality standards audit frameworks and assessment methodologies.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Automotive Technology Quality Management or a related field.
Minimum 710 years of experience in quality management service operations or audit roles within automotive or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of automotive service processes quality standards and compliance frameworks.
Proven ability to analyze technical information and identify actionable improvement opportunities.
Excellent communication reporting and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams or large cross-functional projects.
Ability to travel frequently to service locations and distributors across Vietnam.
