Job Description
- Develop recruitment plans and take full ownership of end-to-end hiring activities with a strong focus on key and critical positions to timely support the companys agile growth strategy.
- Build develop and maintain a strong talent pool through proactive networking and direct engagement particularly for roles within Business Marketing and Market Development functions.
- Continuously update and manage the recruitment pipeline to ensure a high-quality stable and readily available candidate pool for both planned and ad-hoc hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments to ensure strong alignment in capability cultural fit and long-term development orientation with the organization.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to design and implement employer branding and recruitment communication initiatives across channels such as Website Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Work closely with Operations and Business teams across branches/units to accurately capture recruitment demands and propose effective practical recruitment strategies.
- Track manage and regularly report recruitment progress to relevant stakeholders and Senior Management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).
