Job Title: Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager

About Us: organisation is an innovation-driven tissue generation products company founded with the vision to become a global leader in biomedical devices. We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Executive/ASM to support Vice President and the team in various Sales & Marketing related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
a) Deliver sales and profits within approved budgets
b) Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our medical devices and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory
c) Any other responsibility assigned to you from time to time by your reporting Manager
Relationship Building:
a) Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities including Physicians surgeons Nursing Team Para-medics and Purchasing managers etc.
Customer Education:
a) Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of organizationProducts
b) Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to healthcare professionals showcasing the value of our medical devices in improving patient outcomes.
Product Knowledge:
a) Demonstrate a deep understanding of organisation product portfolio & effectively communicate their features benefits and advantages to potential customers.
Collaboration:
a) Work closely with the marketing and clinical team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support product promotion.
b) Build channel partners distributors sales agents and influencers in order to achieve the assigned sales targets for the territory
Product Promotion:
a) Represent the company at industry conferences trade shows and events to network with potential clients and stay abreast of industry developments.
b) Identify and bring to notice of management new opportunities for product development and participate in evaluation of such opportunities
Sales Forecasting:
a) Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts track sales performance and report on progress to the sales manager.
Candidates Profile:
Bachelors degree in Science Marketing or a related field
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
