Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities :
Required skills:
Strong knowledge of business visa procedures documentation and eligibility criteria (for USUK Asian Schengen countries)and Ability to interpret and apply regulatory updates and policy changes
In-depth understanding of global immigration and embassy/consulate regulations
Experience handling corporate and business travel visa cases and knowledge of compliance risk management and audit requirements
Ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive visa operations and strong documentation review and quality control skills
Experience with visa tracking systems case management tools and automation
Vendor coordination and payment management (VFS embassies agents)
Strong focus on data confidentiality and information security
Ability to identify and mitigate risks related to visa rejections delays or non-compliance
Adherence to company policies legal frameworks and ethical standards
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Strong customer service orientation with a corporate mindset
Ability to handle escalations and sensitive cases diplomatically
Qualifications :
Educational qualification: Graduate
Experience : 5 to 8 years
